Academic Advising and Registration

Article (15)
- The Faculty assigns academic advisors from the teaching staff and assistants to guide students in selecting the required courses for their degree and advise them before the registration period.
- The Vice Dean sets the registration plan and procedures before each semester.
- All registered courses and their grades are recorded in the student’s academic transcript and counted in both semester and cumulative GPA.

Article (16)
- Course registration starts two weeks before the beginning of the semester.
- A student may register during the first week of classes with the approval of the academic advisor and the Vice Dean.
